rainraingoawayyy.

you know sometimes you just have a bad day? there is no real reason. you just have woken up on the wrong side of the bed and you can't seem to shake it. guess what? they happen in new york city too.
the best part of bad days? they make you realize you have the greatest friends in the entire world. you have the sort of friends that send you lots of supportive text messages, pretty pictures, and funny youtube videos.
i've got the best friends.

heeere, finally.

i'm here. it is real.
landed this morning and spent the day wondering around williamsburg. it was the most perfect weather. found the cutest place to have the most delicious salad out side and spent the rest of the day reading a new book from the roof looking over the manhattan sky line.
someone pinch me.

i promised myself. 2k10 would be the year of the blog. i promised wrong. i thought i could slip in, unnoticed to my absence, but that just felt wrong. like i needed to apologize to the blogosphere.

i'm moving to new york in two days. well, technically, one day, since it's already tomorrow. at least one reason to love new york (right now)? it's my new home.

yummmm.

for mother's day we bought carol ann a beautiful wild flower bouquet. (filled with lots of sunflowers!) though, i'm a little obsessed with these roses in mismatched jars, and typically i don't even like roses. it is just something about this white on white with brilliant pinks and yellows. happy thursday!
